Products ship within 10 business days. No changes can be made once the item has shipped. We are not responsible for shipping issues once the item has been shipped. You will need to contact the shipping provider that was sent to you via email. We provide tracking information on all orders unless there is an issue with your address.

 

Pre-orders can take up to 10 weeks. Once it has been brought into our store, we will then ship within 5 days.

Impolite behavior or harassment about pre-order shipping times (when within the shipping time) will result in a refund in your items and termination of business relationship.
